We are pleased to invite 60 students to take part in a special morning of wellbeing workshops hosted at Queen’s Park High School.
This event has been designed with student wellbeing in mind, especially during what can be a stressful examination period. We understand how anxiety can affect students, and this morning of workshops aims to offer strategies for managing and reducing stress in a fun, practical, and supportive environment.
Students will have the opportunity to take part in a variety of sessions, including:
- Cookery Masterclass – Relax and unwind while learning to create something delicious
- Art Therapy – Explore creativity as a form of emotional expression and calm
- Mindfulness Yoga – Discover how breathwork and movement can ease the mind
- Rage Room: Plate Smashing Experience – A safe and surprisingly satisfying way to release tension
This event will not only provide students with effective tools for coping with exam pressure but will also highlight that pre-exam stress is entirely normal, and there are healthy ways to manage it.
